Our Mission
We exist to bring hope, healing, and wholeness through the highest clinical care.
Our therapeutic mission is to bring about restoration in individuals, couples, families, and the greater Nebraska community. As therapists, we are grounded in an authentically Christian vision of the human person. We desire every client to experience deeper integration of self - mind, body, and soul - and more meaningful connection in their relationships with others.
Restoration Psychotherapy & Wellness seeks to provide a space for all clients to become who they are - men and women created for love, freedom, and a life of abundance.
What’s in a name?
Restoration Psychotherapy & Wellness was formed with the great dignity of the human person at its foundation and inspired by St. John Paul II’s exhortation, “Become who you are!” We desire to help each client return to the truth of their identity - a whole, unique, and unrepeatable human person with infinite value.
Psychotherapy
The word psychotherapy comes from the two Greek words psykhe, meaning “the soul, mind, spirit,” and therapeia, meaning “healing, curing.” At Restoration, we desire each client to experience this deep healing of the soul, rediscovering and experiencing the truth of their dignity and the great gift of their life.
Wellness
Wellness is the state of actively striving towards health. We believe the journey of psychotherapy nurtures and promotes the holistic wellness of all parts of the human person. Ultimately, we believe psychotherapy allows wellness to become a lived, daily reality.
